Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Betting Conditions

Game Outcomes and Errors

- If a game malfunctions or displays incorrect information, including but not limited to erroneous payouts, misconfigurations or visible bugs:
- all affected Bets and game rounds may be declared void;

- your Real Money Balance shall be restored to the state before the malfunction, where technically feasible.
Bet Cancellation and Modification
- Once a Bet has been placed and accepted by the system, you cannot modify or cancel it, unless:

- the applicable game rules specifically allow cancellation or "undo" before the outcome is determined.
- The Operator may cancel a Bet or series of Bets where:

Bonus Activation and Eligibility

Operator's Obligations

Maximum Liability
- Without prejudice to the above exclusions, where the Operator is found liable to you under applicable law, its maximum aggregate liability for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed:
- the amount of the Bet or Wager that gave rise to the dispute; or
- where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the net amount of deposits made by you into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, up to a reasonable cap determined according to Curaçao law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by gross negligence; or
- any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Intellectual Property Rights

Termination & Suspension
Termination by the User

Suspension and Termination by the Operator
